Principle
Using the boiling point, substances can be accurately identified. Using the boiling point, substances can be accurately identified. Contaminated substances have a different boiling point than the respective pure substances. Different concentrations of a solution of the same substance have different boiling points. In this experiment the boiling point of water and of different table salt solutions are dertemined.
