Function and Applications
2 thermode devices, 1 grid stamp, 1 stamp pad, text (Germany only, other languages available upon request).
- Determining heat and cold points on the skin
- Precise experimentation without temperature loss
- Work with grid stamp to count per qcm
- 2 solid devices for long-lasting use
Our thermode set consists of 2 temperature-insulated devices and a grid stamp of 1 qcm size. One device is marked with red dots and is intended for determining the heat points, the other one is marked with blue dots and is intended for the cold points (group work). You press the grid stamp with 2 mm squares onto selected parts of the subject's skin. Then fill the devices with hot or ice water. The water temperature is transferred to the test needle on the head of the devices. The test can begin. The students learn that there are many more heat points than cold points distributed on the human skin, that the concentration of heat and cold points on the individual parts of the body varies greatly, etc.
