Student groups experiment on hydrolysis of urea, starch degradation, substrate specificity and heat denaturalisation of an enzyme, temperature dependence and dependence on pH. Effect of heavy metals and iodine on enzymes, influence of enzyme concentration on enzyme reaction, etc. - The required enzymes, chem. The necessary enzymes, chemical substances and equipment are supplied. Detailed working instructions (Germany only, other languages available upon request).

With this kit, 7 different experiments are possible, each of which can be repeated 5 - 6 times.
