Function and Applications
Snapy consists of a handle with a sliding button, a catching hood with closure and can be operated with one hand. In order to capture an insect, the open catch hood is put over the insect with a calm, steady movement (move especially slowly for flies) and closed with the slider. Now you can take the caught insect outside and release it again. It is great fun for children to be able to look at the animals and then give them back their freedom. In doing so, they learn something about insects and nature in general in a playful way. Because insects and spiders are also useful parts of our environment. The children learn environmental awareness as well as self-responsibility and respect for all life. The device is made of recyclable plastic.
